My mother is sending me two Disney cels that my father gave me in 1950. One is Tinker bell the other Alice in Wonderland. She said a couple of framers in Washington refused to frame them because they were too valuable. I’m thinking $99 on Ebay. Do you have any thoughts. What should I look for when they arrive?
